Acuite has been a game-changer, it’s not just for reporting. It absolutely has gone into the data-driven, decision making realm in that we’re actually using that information for some really powerful, proactive responses to the way we manage projects on site and also in the way we plan for the future.

Acuite has been a godsend with the product being almost out of the box to suit our needs, but most importantly as our organisation has quickly grown and adapted to new technologies and reporting, we have been able to work closely with the Acuite team to continuously present our requirements, test developments then roll out these updates to our teams across the country and globe.

It's about choosing the best platform for the business that speaks to our processes. With Procore feeding into Acuite along with the Program and financials we are getting consistent information from all the project teams meaning one system to report and track performance of our projects.

Acuite has become what I would call critical infrastructure and we have shaped the way we operate, around their system. Without Acuite we would not have the tools to manage our day to day business or the instant reporting and predictive analytics that demonstrate where we are now and where we are likely to be.

We can drill right in to where we are least compliant and focus on that – incidents, leading versus lagging indicators, near misses. We can follow up on these items and relate the findings to similar projects.

Because we are capturing information daily, we can act on it straight away. In the past we could be weeks behind learning about where we are at, but this way we can fix things immediately.

Using Acuite has benefitted us not only with our safety reporting and tracking incidents, but also with PR. Clients have been very impressed with the program and it has enabled us to secure work.

The strength of our existing systems & Acuite combined together is to give access to accurate information quickly so that our staff focus on our core function & business which is constructing projects; not extracting & sifting data.
